When new agents join Windermere Signature Properties, they are partnered with experienced agents, known as mentors, throughout their first four transactions. This partnership provides practical on-the-job training, ethical guidance, and instruction in developing a robust lead generation process that captures referrals and builds transactions from start to finish.
